There is no question that this time the product did not meet the very high standards our customers have come to expect and should continue to demand.

You can exchange your merchandise for other available Teequilla products or receive a refund back*. We will provide a substantive response to your problem and a suitable solution within 14 working days of receiving the package delivered to Teequilla Team. You will be able to see the current status of your complaint in your user panel as “complain handling”, “return money”, “return product”, etc. We accept full responsibility for the mistake and assure you we are taking the necessary steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
