    I want to buy a T-shirt, but now it's unavailable on Teequilla.com (preferred design or size is sold out). Will it ever be reprinted?

    Generally Teequilla doesn’t relaunch collections. However, if you really want to purchase a particular design, write to us to info@teequilla.com. If we have more similar requests, the T-shirt may back to the store. It is worth to be always up-to-date with our products. You can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.

    What is the expected time of waiting for the Teequilla Runaway products?

    Within 3 days of the campaign we collect the orders. The next step to complete your order, printing an unique design, can take 5 working days. If you buy Teequilla Runaway products you must be aware that we create it especially for you. Therefore, the waiting time for a product depends on your order.


    After we complete your order we send the product to you. The delivery time will depend on the given address. We currently inform you about your order status. Wait for an e-mail or check order status in your user profile.


    You will find the information about the expected delivery dates on Shipping Schedule & costs. However, we don’t have any control over the delivery time and delay; this is entirely dependent on post office and the provider service.

    Teequilla Simply Artwear products, which are available for regular sale, will be sent on the next working day after receiving the order. We will inform you about your order status. Wait for an e-mail and check order status in your user profile.

    No, traditional sale is not available.

    What should I do if the product isn’t delivered in the foreseen time?

    Most of the products after sending should be delivered within:

    Can I return or complain about Teequilla Simply Artwear products?

    You can complaint about Teequilla Simply Artwear products, available for regular sale at Teequilla Shop. We treat each situation individually. If you want to complaint about our product, please fill up this customer complaint form or send us the following statement via mail and send the purchased product to the below mentioned address:

    If the product is still available at stock, we will exchange with a new one. Or else, we will return your money.


    Remember if the quality of our products doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return them and get your money back within 14 days from the delivery time. Send us the following statement via mail and send the purchased product; unused and unwashed. Kindly remember, we will be able to pay the money back only when you return the purchased product (customer must pay for delivery and return shipping costs).

    You can also return or complain about the Teequilla Runaway product. If you want to complain about our product, please fill up customer complaint form or send us the following statement via mail and send the purchased product to the below mentioned address:

    Kindly note, that some unique products has limited editions; in that case, we may have to return your money if we can’t find any replacement.


    Also remember, if the quality of our products doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return it and get your money back within 14 days of delivery time. Send us the following statement via mail and send the purchased product to the above-mentioned address. Kindly remember, we will be able to pay the money back only when you return the purchased product (customer must pay for delivery and return shipping costs).

    Who pays for the shipment in case of complaint?

    If it’s Teequilla website’s fault, the customer will receive the money they spent on shipment.

    If the customer returns the product, because they is unsatisfied with its size or design, they is obliged to pay for delivery.

    What kind of payment is accepted on the website?

    For the time being we accept payment through PayPal and PayU. We accept payment in the following currencies: EUR, CHF, GBP and PLN.

    Customers from Poland can enjoy the cash on delivery option.

    What are the products from Teequilla Simply Artwear collection?

    “Simply Artwear” products are unique and designed by artists around the world. There is an unlimited range of products available at regular sale at Teequilla Shop.

    What are the products from Teequilla Runaway? How often can we expect a new design for the Runaway products?

    Teequilla Runaway is an exclusive product, which is available on the website only for 72 hours. Therefore, the products can be purchased only during this time. After three days the product will be removed from the website.

    Every new product from the Teequilla Runaway series appears in the website at 09:00 AM (CET time zone) and after 72 hours it is replaced by another one. After this, it will not appear again. Catch Runaway before it disappears forever!

    I am not a designer, only user, how can I order Teequilla product with my own design?

    Currently we are not offering this service. We will consider it in the future.

  4. 4.
    What type of fabric is being used for the printing of the designs?

    All Teequilla products are made of 100% pure cotton and you will be informed in case of any exception. Additionally, with every product we attach labels with information about the model, colour, style, size and the name of the designer. Information about cloth composition and recommended care will also be on inside tag.

    What methods of printing are being used for the production of Teequilla T-shirts?

    We print Teequilla Runaway and Simply Artwear products using screen printing and DTG technique.


    Silkscreen printing is an oldest and one of the most popular printing techniques. Screen printings involves covering the form (e.g. textile) photosensitive emulsion and then expose it to sunlight, swill and reflect on this printed design by silk screen printing mesh.


    DTG (Direct to garment printing) is a printing technique involves direct graphic printing on selected material by plotter. The next step is drying paint in the furnace. DTG technique enables a high quality photo printing, use lot of colours, continuous tones or makes three-dimensional effects.

    How to choose the right size?

    In Size Chart you will find detailed information concerning sizes of our products. Choosing the products, take into consideration the fact that our products are made of 100% cotton and can shrink by 2-5%. If you hesitate between two sizes, it would be better to take the bigger one.

    The choice of the appropriate size can be facilitated, by measuring some similar product which you have in your house.

    How should I wash and iron my Teequilla products? Will they shrink?

    If the product made of 100% cotton the process of shrinking by 2-5% is natural. Appropriate use of our products limits occurrence of changes. If it’s possible, don’t wash the product in the hot water and avoid drying it in the drier.

    Will my Teequilla products require any extra care?

    Teequilla products don’t require any extra care. It is advisable to wash it in cold water without chlorine. It isn’t advisable to dry it in the drier and iron of the printed graphic product.

    Who is responsible for creating of designs in the Teequilla.com?

    All designs are designed by artists, gathered on the Teequilla.com. You will find here designers from all over the world, who smuggle an individual potential and culture to their designs.

    Will the artist benefit directly from me buying a Teequilla product?

    This is the main idea of the Teequilla.com. Our main aim is to promote designers, their talent and designs which are created by them. Hard work should be accompanied by money, so we pay commission from every sold item. Learn more> Design Corner.

    Who can be the Teequilla designer?

    Everyone can become the Teequilla designer! You just have to create an account on Teequilla, log in, click “I am a designer” link and send us your design.

    Are there any guidelines concerning design?

    Here you will find basic guidelines concerning designs of the Runaway and Simply Artwear products. However, we will be happy if you share your propositions.

    If you have any interesting idea for creation of untypical design contact us via e-mail info@teequilla.com. We are still looking for new inspirations and maybe your design will surprise us positively!

    How to submit my design?

    In Submit your design you will find detailed information on how to submit your design.

    Can I as designer decide on the style and colour of the product on which will be my design printed?

    Of course. While sending your design you can choose style of T-shirts in different colours. However, Teequilla Team has right to make the final decision.

    If you want to propose creation of untypical T-shirt (untypical design, style or decoration) – write about it to info@teequilla.com. We are eager to consider new propositions.

  5. 5.
    How can I delete a design?

    If, because of some reasons, you have changed your mind and don’t want your design to be among Teequilla products anymore – tell us about it.

    Sent the message to info@teequilla.com. We will deal with it immediately, unless the design had not been used in our website. Learn more Artist Agreement.

  6. 6.
    How long do I have to wait for the assessment of my design? Who will assess designers' designs?

    The team of Teequilla.com takes the final decision. Once you submit the design and accept the Artist Agreement, your design will be assessed within 7 working days. We will let you know our decision in case your design is short listed or rejected. You can also check design status on your designer profile.

    You will be provided with detailed information regarding our further cooperation if we chose your design for printing. See more in Terms and conditions. From this moment Teequilla will promote you and your design everywhere.

    In the future, we’re planning to functionalize teequilla.com and give users possibiity to choose the best of the best designs to print.

  7. 7.
    I submitted my design at teequilla.com. Can I send it to another website?

    Teequilla cares about uniqueness and originality of its products. That is why after submitting a design and accepting the Artist agreement, you are not allowed to send the same design to similar website.

    The assessment process takes 7 working days. If your design will be accepted, you are not allowed to use it in commercial aims.

    However, if it is rejected, you can try to send it to different websites and we will be waiting for your other designs, which will meet our standards.

    What is the best program for designing?

    There are numerous graphic programs which are available at the market and which can be used by you while making designs.

    Choose such one, which is the most suitable for you!

  9. 9.
    Will the designer earn money, if he submits his design?

    Teequilla.com will pay commission to the artist equivalent of 1 EURO from every sold product via PayPal or PayU. The amount will be sent to the designer’s account, when it reaches a minimum of 50 EUROS.

    Besides, the designer will receive a product with his design in preferred colour and size. If you have any questions about commission, disbursement form, write to us to info@teequilla.com.

    What does Teequilla website do?

    Teequilla website is at the same time a free-of-charge platform, which gathers designers from all over the world and at the same time an internet shop with clothes of the highest quality. Interesting designs, inspired by the varied world of pop-culture - cartoons, film, TV or music - decide on the value and uniqueness of the Teequilla products. Teequilla offers its products in the form of short collections as well as model of limited sale - changing every 72 hours. Visit us often in order not to miss any proposition!

    How can I create an account?

    A valid e-mail address is enough to create an account on the Teequila website. Click on ‘create an account’ and follow given instructions. Remember that e-mail with activation link is valid only for 24 hours. You can also use your Facebook account. Have fun!

    Yes, indeed. Creating an account on the Teequilla website is free of charge.

    Can I change data concerning my account on the Teequilla website?

    Yes, you can. You can change all information on your account. It is very simple. You have to just visit your profile and start editing.

    I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with instructions. Enter a new password and confirm. Important note - an e-mail with reset your password link will be valid for only for 24 hours.

    How can I delete my account from the Teequilla.com?

    If you want to delate your account, you have to send an e-mail with the login to the following e-mail address info@teequilla.com An e-mail alert will be sent to you as soon as we delete your account and the activity details.
