Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy determines the principles of storing and accessing the information on the User’s Devices by Cookie files, serving the purpose to realize electronic services demanded by the User.

 

SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS


In Privacy Policy the definitions given in Terms of Use are applied, and additionally:
Device – defines an electronic device via which the User gains access to the website www.teequilla.com.
Cookies – IT data, particularly small text files, stored in Devices of End Users and aimed at using the websites of the Service.
Cookies of the Provider – defines Cookies provided by TEEQUILLA, associated with providing electronic services.
Third-Party Cookies – defines Cookies provided by the partners of TEEQUILLA, via the website of the Service.
Device – defines an electronic device via which the User gains access to the website www.teequilla.com.

 

 

SECTION 2. PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT – GENERAL PRINCIPLES

 

  1. Personal information for identification is data which may be used to identify identity. This is such information as: first and last name, address of residence, correspondence address, telephone number and electronic mail address (e-mail).

  2. Giving personal information is required only when the Customer would like to register to the Service.

  3. The Service may give Customer’s personal information to third parties at the request of the court, prosecutor’s office, police, or other judicial body.

  4. The User stays anonymous to the first purchase in the Service or till adding a graphical project, electronic bulletin subscription (newsletter), or filling a contact form on the website. In such cases, it is required to electronically give particular telephone and address information that is then uploaded to the system.

  5. Registration to the Service is associated with giving consent to collecting and processing personal information within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws No. 101/ 2002 point 926 as amended).

  6. The Customer gives consent to processing personal information given in the process of account registration and in the process of using the website – in order to draw up, prepare the content, execute, alter the agreement on providing electronic services, contract of sale, license agreement).

  7. Personal information may be also processed in the range necessary for purposes of advertisement, market research, and Customers’ behaviours and preferences whose results shall be used for the needs of improving the quality of the services provided and providing the Customer advertising information via electronic way – with the Customer’s consent.

  8. The e-mail address given by the User shall be used only for marketing purposes concerning own products of the Service only after the Customer has given their consent (subscription to the newsletter). The consent may be withdrawn at any time. In case the User would like to withdraw once given consent, the Service requests this information to be sent to info@teequilla.com, or this may be done by the User by opting out the option “I want to receive newsletter from Teequilla” in the “Profile” bookmark accessible after logging in, or by clicking the link “I’m cancelling my subscription to Teequilla newsletter”, which may be found in the footer of the sent newsletter.

  9. Personal information is processed by TEEQUILLA Joanna Dziennik, Koralowa Street 103, 71-220 Bezrzecze, NIP. 8522423620.

  10. The User has permission to access their personal information, alter or delete it. Personal information may be altered or deleted after logging in to the User’s account, in the “Profile” bookmark, or by contacting TEEQUILLA via: info@teequilla.com.

 

 

SECTION 3. COOKIES – GENERAL PRINCIPLES 

 

  1. Teequilla.com does not automatically collect any information, except for those contained in cookie files. Cookies used by the Service are safe for the Device:

    1. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they come from, period of storing them on a given Device and an attached value.

    2. It is not possible for viruses and other kind of unwanted software or malware to reach Users’ Devices by cookie files.

    3. The mechanism of session cookies or persistent cookies does or allow to download any personal information or any other confidential information from the User’s Device.

  2. The Subject placing cookie files in the Device of the End User and having access to them is Teequilla Service. The Service uses two types of cookies:

    1. Temporary (Session Cookies):
      They are stored in the User’s Device and they stay there to the end of session of a given Internet browser. Next, saved information is permanently deleted from the Device’s memory.

    2. Permanent (Persistent Cookies):
      They are stored in the User’s Device and they stay there till they are deleted. Finishing session of a given Internet browser or switching off the Device does not cause their deletion from the User’s Device.

  3. The User of the Service makes their own decisions which cookie files are saved and how it is done in the settings of the Internet browser used. Default settings of popular browsers allow storing cookie files of teequilla.com.

  4. The User has the possibility to independently limit or disable access to their Device in Internet browser settings.

  5. In the case of limiting or disabling access of cookie files to the Device, using the Service shall be possible, except for the functions, which intrinsically require cookie files. Limiting the cookie files appliance may therefore affect some functions available in the Service. Detailed information about the possibility and ways of supporting cookie files is available in the settings of the Internet browser.

  6. The Service uses Customer’s cookies in order to:

    1. Adjust the contents of the Service’s websites to User’s preferences and optimise using the Service’s websites.

    2. Recognise User’s Device and its location, and display the website appropriately, adjusted to their individual needs.

    3. Maintain User’s session (after logging in) thanks to which the User is not forced to log in to every sub-website of the Service.

    4. Configure correctly selected functions of the Service, in particular allowing verification of authenticity of the browser’s session.

    5. Optimise and increase efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator.

    6. Adjust the content of the Service’s websites to User’s preferences and optimise using the Service’s websites. In particular, these files allow recognising basic parameters of User’s Device and display the website appropriately, adjusted to their individual needs.

    7. Create anonymous statistics, which help to understand how the Service’s Users use the Service’s websites, which enables to improve their structure and contents.

    8. Provide safety and reliability of the Service.

  7. The Service uses external cookies in order to: 

    1. Collect general and anonymous statistical data via analytic tools, e.g. Google Analytics.

    2. Log in to the Service via social network, e.g. Facebook.com.

    3. Use interactive functions in order to popularise the Service via social networks, i.a. Facebook.com, Pinterest.com.

 

 

SECTION 4. NEWSLETTER – GENERAL PRINCIPLES

 

  1. The User, by giving consent to receiving free newsletters via e-mail allows TEEQUILLA to send them information about: novelties, advertising, sales, competitions, collections, events, or any other information associated with the Service’s business.

  2. The User may withdraw from receiving newsletter by sending such information to info@teequilla.com or opting out the option “I want to receive newsletter from Teequilla” in the “Profile” bookmark accessible after logging in, or clicking the link “I’m cancelling my subscription to Teequilla newsletter”, which may be found in the footer of the sent newsletter.

  3. Withdrawal from the newsletter subscription is not equal with deleting the account in the Service.

  4. The Service reserves the right to:

    1. Send advertisements and commercial information via newsletter within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing electronic services,

    2. Temporarily disable newsletter service for technical reasons;

    3.  Stop providing newsletter service after former notification of its Users.
